The discounted Topstep Combine with a daily loss limit: all rules, the soft-breach behaviour, doubled funded payout caps, and the fastest legal path to passing.
Same evaluation as the standard Combine, with a daily loss limit added at checkout. Choosing it discounts your fee and currently doubles your funded payout caps. Critically, hitting the daily loss limit is a soft breach — you are flattened and locked out until the next session, but the account survives. For most traders this is the better deal: you pay less, you can withdraw more once funded, and the only cost is an enforced stop on your worst days.
Your best day must be no more than 50% of the profit target — $1,500 on a 50K account. The rule is inclusive, so a day landing exactly on the cap passes.
Two days. On a 50K account: $1,500 + $1,500. The daily loss limit does not change the fastest path — it only limits how much you can lose while getting there.
Every figure below is checked against the firm's own documentation and re-audited weekly.
| Account | Profit target | Max loss limit | Daily loss limit | Max contracts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50K | $3,000 | $2,000 | $1,000 soft breach | 5 minis 50 micros |
| 100K | $6,000 | $3,000 | $2,000 soft breach | 10 minis 100 micros |
| 150K | $9,000 | $4,500 | $3,000 soft breach | 15 minis 150 micros |
The calculator applies these exact rules, shows your minimum days, the points and ticks you need per market, and — if you know your win rate — the odds you actually make it.
Open the free calculator →No. It is a soft breach. You are flattened and locked out for the rest of that session, and you resume the next trading day. Only the trailing Max Loss Limit can actually end your evaluation.
For most traders, yes. It costs less than the standard Combine and currently doubles your funded payout caps. The only trade-off is that your worst sessions get cut short — which for most people is a benefit, not a cost.
