How RISK handles your data, in plain language. Last updated 6 August 2026.
We collect the minimum we need: your name and email if you join the waitlist, and the order number you give us if you claim cashback. We never sell or share your data, and we never ask for your prop-firm passwords. You can have everything deleted by emailing us.

We do not collect your prop-firm login details, payment card details, or identity documents — we never need them.
We sell access to an audience — placement, partnerships — never the audience itself. This is a permanent rule, not a current policy.
We don't pass your details to prop firms or anyone else, except the limited processors below or where the law requires it.
A short list of services that handle data so the site can work: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing), Google (the spreadsheet holding waitlist signups), and FormSubmit (delivering signup notifications to our inbox). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Waitlist details until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Cashback records for as long as your points balance exists, plus any period required for accounting. Uploaded trades only while your account exists.
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 — and equivalent rights if you're elsewhere — you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@riskpropfirm.com and we'll action it within 30 days. No account or justification needed to unsubscribe: every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The calculator stores your inputs in your own browser so the page remembers them — that data never leaves your device.
When you buy a prop-firm challenge using our code, the firm may pay us a commission. It never increases your price. We disclose this because you deserve to know how a free product is funded — and because honest disclosure is required by advertising rules in most countries.
If we change this notice materially, we'll say so on this page and email anyone whose data is affected. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
